When you arrive after reception hours or wish to return late in the evening, you can use our self-entrance system. We will send you a personal code that allows you to enter independently, with no time constraints. This service guarantees maximum flexibility for our guests, always with the peace of mind that you can contact us in case of difficulty.

Yes, the cleaning service is included in the stay. Your room will be:

• Cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your arrival;
• Tidied up every day (waste removal, bed making, quick bathroom cleaning)
• Thoroughly cleaned with linen change every 3 days for longer stays.

If you wish to have extra changes of sheets or towels, or additional cleaning, you can request them at the reception for a small extra charge.

Yes, breakfast is always included! Maison Lulù collaborates with the best local cafés to guarantee its guests a classic Italian breakfast (coffee, cappuccino, and croissant). When possible, you'll also be able to order and enjoy breakfast directly on the property. Upon your arrival, we'll be happy to provide you with all the details and dedicated vouchers.

Absolutely yes! All rooms and common areas have free and fast Wi-Fi connection 📶. The credentials will be given to you at check-in. We ask that you use it responsibly to ensure optimal service for all guests.

Certainly, our guests can leave their luggage at the reception free of charge during opening hours (09:00–21:00), both on the day of arrival, if you arrive before your room is available, and on the day of departure. This way, you can enjoy the city without worries or cumbersome bags.

Maison Lulù is easily reachable both by public transport and by car 🚆🚗.

Less than 8 minutes' walk from our property, there are two subway stops: "Duomo" (Line 1) or "Piazza Cavour" (Line 2), both very central and directly connected to the Central Train Station.

If, on the other hand, you arrive from Capodichino Airport, you can take the "Alibus" shuttle and then, once you reach the Central Station, take the subway to get to us. 

Alternatively, both from the Central Station and the Airport, we provide our guests with a private shuttle service, collaborating with a qualified agency. This service is subject to a fee and is available by reservation only.

Maison Lulù does not have private internal parking. However, you will find several secure, guarded parking lots and affiliated garages 🅿️ just a few minutes' walk away. We advise you to ask for information in advance so you can book a safe and convenient parking spot for the duration of your stay.
